SHIPPING DOMESTIC ORDERS
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS via Priority Mail or Express Mail, your choice. Shipping fees are based on your order's and weight and destination. Orders are processed once a week, usually on Saturdays. Most items in the store are available for immediate shipment, however some items made by Malco Modes may need to be special ordered which in case you will need to allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays. Also, if you choose Express mail PLEASE email me before hand to make sure I can get your order out to you the next day. I don't always have time to go to the post office at a moments notice, so please, please ask first.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers, please read!
I will ship to the following countries: United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland, Austria, Greece, Portugal, Iceland, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and Japan.
Please note that shoes are not available to be shipped outside the USA.
All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority International Mail or International Express Mail, your choice. Shipping fees are based on your order's and weight and destination unless the flat rate method is used. There are two price tiers for International Priority Mail, a cheaper flat rate small cardboard envelope and a more expensive by the weight larger plastic envelope. If the lesser expensive International flat rate shipping was chosen for your order, please be aware that the package for this shipping method is TINY and I can not fit much into it. Anything other than a single t-shirt, jewelry or a pair of socks simply WILL NOT FIT. If you have chosen this method for shipment and I can not fit your order into the little envelope I will have to ask you to pay the difference for the larger International Priority mailer. Due to several international orders getting lost in the mail in the past, I now insure all international orders unless they are small and shipped via the cheaper flat rate.
Please be aware that you may be charged a customs fee when having packages shipped from the US. I am not responsible for your customs charges, they are fees set by your own country.

All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. You will receive an e-mail confirmation at the address listed in your hotrodvoodoo.com profile. Please check for your confirmation. In addition, we will also notify you by e-mail if there was an issue with filling your order. Shipping fees are based on your order's and weight and destination.
RETURNS
All non sale items are returnable within 10 days. Refunds will be given via the method you originally paid for the order and will only be issued once the returned items have been recieved and inspected. All returned items must be unused and unworn or they will be sent back to you with no refund given. Shipping costs will not be included in the refund. Additional postage may be due to re-ship exchanges.
Shoes must be returned unworn and in their original box. Demonia charges me a 15% restocking fee for returned shoes, so you will be refunded 15% less than what you paid for them to make up for the restocking fee. If you would rather exchange them we can do that but you will have to pay for the additional shipping cost to have the new pair shipped to you.
