This black and white striped Victorian style puff sleeve shrug is made out of super stretchy cotton knit. The fabric is double sided with stripes on one side and white with little black skulls on the inside. It closes in the front with two black pvc buckles. Perfect for that Steampunk/Dark Cabaret themed event!
