Size Small. Here is a great 80's prom dress made out of black tulle netting with black polka dots all over. It is fully lined in black acetate satin. The sleeves are wonderfully puffy and the back is cut out and open. Sleeves and back neck close shut with a little black pearl button. Tag inside says 'Julie Madam'. Bust measures 34"-36", waist is 26" and hips are 36". Skirt part is 25" from waist to hem.
