How do I make an order?

All items available for order are listed on the website. If you want to make an order click the 'add to cart' button. You will then be able to pay for your order via Paypal. All orders for *in stock* items usually ship out within a week. I only ship once a week on Saturdays.Please note that Malco Modes items and shoes may take up to 6-8 weeks to ship.

What forms of payment do you accept?

At this time the only form of payment I can accept is Paypal and US postal money orders. I only accept Paypal from orders outside the USA.

Do you ship internationally?

Everything except for shoes are available to ship outside the US. I will ship to the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland, Austria, Greece, Portugal, Iceland, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. I ship all international parcels out via USPS Global Priority Mail. Please see the shipping page for more info.

I am in Europe/Australia and I placed an order six weeks ago and I have not recieved it yet. What is taking so long?

Honestly? I don't know. But sometimes the mail takes a long tome to go half way around the world. And sometimes parcels are lost in the mail. And sometimes it is a problems with customs. Even though I ship all international packages out via USPS International Priority and it is only supposed to take 7-10 days that is not always the case. Sadly there is nothing I can do to expedite the mail unless you choose to have your order shipped via International Express mail which takes 3-5 days but costs a great deal more. Also please be aware that there in NO insurance available for the cheaper flat rate International Priority mail shipping method.

What is your return policy?

All non sale items are returnable within 10 days. Refunds will be given via the method you originally paid for the order and will only be issued once the returned items have been recieved and inspected. All returned items must be unused and unworn or they will be sent back to you with no refund given. Shipping costs will not be included the refund.

Shoes must be returned unworn and in their original box. Demonia charges me a 15% restocking fee for returned shoes, so you will be refunded 15% less than what you paid for them to make up for the restocking fee. If you would rather exchange them we can do that but you will have to pay for the additional shipping cost to have the new pair shipped to you.

Do you wholesale?

No. I simply cannot afford to offer wholesale. While I no longer offer custom made garments I still hand make all the Hot Rod Voodoo brand clothes myself. I would not be able to make enough money selling my designs at wholesale unless I doubled my current retail price and I am not willing to do that.

I have a store. Can you please give me the contact information for your wholesale suppliers? I want to sell some of the same things you sell.

SHIPPING DELAY NOTICE-

There have been major delays with parcels shipping to the following countries- Italy, France, Spain, Greece and Norway. The delays are due to customs in the mentioned countries taking longer to process. Since the delay is not on the US side there is nothing I can do to expedite shipping to those countries. If you are in Italy, Spain, France or Norway please allow up to 15 business days for Global Priority mail and up to 30 days for Airmail.
